TERMS

  • Promotion period is November 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025. Redemption form claim deadline is March 31, 2025.
  • Qualifying Cenex®-brand products include: Irriflex®, Maxtron® DEO, Maxtron® Enviro-EDGE®, Maxtron® GL, Maxtron® THF+, MP Gear Lube, Qwiklift® HTB®, Superlube 518®, and Superlube TMS®.
  • Receipt(s) or invoice(s) must include qualifying Cenex®-brand product name and volume must be legible. For example, "15W-40" will not be accepted.
  • Offer is void if end-user customer participates in any CHS pricing program.
  • Sales to CHS entities, Cenex dealers and redistributors do not qualify for the promotion.
  • Only one gift card retailer can be selected.
  • Gift cards are fulfilled to end-user customer 4 to 6 business weeks from submission of redemption form. Submissions made closer to the deadline will take longer to fulfill based on increased submission rates towards the end of the promotion.
  • Retail digital gift cards do not expire. VISA® gift cards expire within 12 months of issue date as specified by issuer and as detailed on gift card. Expired gift cards will not be replaced.
  • If a submission is denied, the submitter will have until May 31, 2024 to resubmit the corrected documentation.
  • Digital gift card options do not expire and are delivered to the customer email provided.
  • Missing cards, card issues or status questions must be reported to lubricantsgiftcards@chsinc.com by April 15, 2025 to be eligible for re-issue. Reported issues made after June 1 will not be fulfilled.
  • Cenex Lubricants reserves the right to change or discontinue this promotion at any time.

  • Who sends my gift card?
    Digital gift cards are emailed from Rewards@Rewards.Tremendous.com and physical gift cards are mailed from Tremendous, LLC on behalf of Cenex® Lubricants.
  • How do I activate my gift card?

    Emailed digital gift cards are ready to redeem upon receipt.

    Mailed physical gift cards need to be activated:

    1. Go to my-card.com
    2. Click on Activate My Card
    3. Enter the 20-digit code on the back of your card
    4. Enter your desired 4-digit PIN. Re-enter your PIN
    5. Enter your billing address
  • Where does my gift card get sent?
    Digital gift cards will be emailed to end-user customers and physical gift cards will be mailed to end-user customers from either Tremendous, LLC or your Cenex branded dealer (based on who is selected in the "who is completing the form" question on the redemption form).
  • Where is my gift card?

    Gift cards are fulfilled within 4-6 business weeks from submission of redemption form. Please allow time for invoice review and gift card fulfillment. Check spam/junk inboxes for digital gift cards.

  • Who do I contact if I haven’t received my gift card and it’s past the 6-business week submission window?

    Email LubricantsGiftCards@chsinc.com to check on the status of your gift card submission.

  • Who do I contact with gift card activation questions?

    Call the Tremendous support line 1-877-319-4438 with live support available between 9am - 5pm (EST) or email Help@Tremendous.com and copy LubricantsGiftCards@chsinc.com.

  • Why am I receiving multiple e-gift card emails?
    Retailers have varying e-gift card limits requiring multiple emails when threshold is hit. The emails will total your expected gift card amount. For example, Olive Garden has a maximum limit of $100. If you are eligible for $200, you will receive two emails with a $100 e-gift card to Olive Garden.
  • When does my gift card expire?
    Retail digital e-gift cards do not expire. VISA gift cards (both digital and physical) expire within 12 months of issue date as specified by issuer and as detailed on gift card. Expired gift cards will not be replaced.
